BLOG ISSUES

Please bear with me. My Blog seems to be doing it's own thing.
Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. In the meantime I'm still working on revamping some older Tuts.

INNOCENCE-PTU


I'm revamping some of my old Tuts.
I use JASC PSP9 but it can easily be done in any version of PSP
This Tutorial was written by me, TeriW 


Supplies Needed:
The tube I used is by Caron Vinson and you need a license to use it and can purchase it here-Creative Design Outlet
The beautiful PTU scrapkit is by Honored Scraps and can also be
purchased at CDO.
The mask is Vix_BigMask018 and can be downloaded here-
My Supplies
Place the mask in your PSP Mask folder

STEP #1-
File/New, 650 by 650, transparent
Open Frame_01
Edit/Copy, Close Original
Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer
Image/Resize by 110%, Resize All Layes Unchecked

STEP #2-
Open your tube, mine is 73-3-CaronVinson
Edit/Copy, Minimize tube in PSP (Do not close original)
Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer
Using the Move Tool, position the tube to the left side of the frame,
see my tag above for example

Step # 3-
Open Frame_02
Edit/Copy, Close Original
Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer
Image/Resize by 75%, All Layers Unchecked
Image/Rotate/Free Rotate, see settings below -






STEP #4-
Using the Move Tool, position Frame_02 to the right of your tube, see
my tag above for an example
Using the Magic Wand Tool, see settings below, click inside the 1st top frame of
Frame_02 







STEP #5-
Selections/Modify/Expand by 10 pixels
Layer/New Raster Layer
Layers/Arrange Move Down

STEP #6-
Maximize the tube your using, mine is 73-3-CaronVinson
Image/Mirror
With the Selection Tool, draw a rectangle of the head of the tube. You will see the marching ants around the image-
























STEP #7-
Edit/Copy, Close Original
Back on the working canvas, Edit/Paste/Paste Into Selection
Selections/Select None

STEP #8-

Repeat Steps #4 thru #7 in each of the next two frames
Highlight your top Layer
Layers/Arrange/Move Down x 3 (3 times)

STEP #9-
Open Element01
Edit/Copy, Close Original
With the top layer highlighted in the Layers Palette
Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer
Image/Resize by 75%, Resize All Layers Unchecked- x2 (2 times)
Image/Rotate/Free Rotate, as in Step #3, but changing to the number to 15
With the Move Tool, position Element01 on the right top of the frame.

STEP #10-
Open Element04
Edit/Copy/Close Original
With the 2nd to the bottom layer highlighted in the Layers Palette, (mine
is Raster 2)
Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer-(you may need to X-out the tube layer to see better)
Image/Rotate/Free Rotate as in Step #3, but changing the number to 25

STEP #11-
Open Paper_01
Edit/Copy, Close Original
Highlight the bottom layer in the Layers Palette (mine is Raster 1)

STEP #12-

Layers/New Raster Layer
Layers/Arrange/Send To Bottom
Selections/Select All
Edit/Paste/Paste Into Selection
Selections/Select None
Layers/Load Save Mask/Load Mask From Disk, locate Vix_BigMask018, as shown below -





















STEP #13-
Layers/Merge/Merge Group
Image/Resize by 110%, Resize All Layers Unchecked
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow, using the settings below, on all layers except the mask layer -



















V & H=2, Opacity= 50 Blur=5 Color=Black


STEP # 14-
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Image/Resize by 75%, Resize All layers Checked

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen

STEP #15-
Layers/New Raster Layer
Using the Text Tool, add your copyrights and text
Layers/Merge Visible
File/Export/PNG Optimizer/OK, and
save to your designated folder.
