Open all your tubes and the mask in PSP, 

Foreground color= #f6b373
Background color= #b62c00


Step 1-
File~New-800 by 700, Transparent Unchecked
Floodfill with foreground color

Layers~New Raster Layer
Floodfill with background color
Layers~New Mask Layer~From Image

1vbjmask, Invert Unchecked

Step 2-
Layers~Merge~Merge Group
Layers~Merge~Merge All (Flatten)

Effects~Simple~Diamonds

Open BC-CutieMoments_Elem(42)
Edit~Copy, Close Original
Edit~Paste~Paste as New Layer
