Step 1-

Open your tube
Choose a light color for the foreground,
and a dark color for the background
My colors are foreground= #bd924b
background= #884f2e

Step 2-

File/New/800X800/Transparent
Change foreground color to gradient
Angle-25, Repeats-15, Invert UNchecked
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur/Radius/20

Step 3-

Effects/Plugins/Filters Unlimited 2/ Funhouse /Quantan Tile/see settings below-

Uncertainty-17, Tiles-6

Step 4-

Open StD_AutumnSale_FRAME_2
Edit/Copy/Close Original
Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer
Image/Resize/75%/Resize All Layers UNchecked
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
V & H-2, Opacity-95,Blur-2, Black

Step-5

Open StD_AutumnSale_EL_50
Edit/Copy/Close Original
Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer
Image.Resize/65%/Resize All Layers/Unchecked

Step 6-

Open StD_AutumnSale_EL_9
Edit/Copy/Close Original
Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer
Image/Resize/30%/Resize All Layers UNchecked
Effects/3D effects/ Drop Shadow same as in Step 4
Layers/Arrange/Move Down, position StD_AutumnSale_EL_9,
to the bottom left side of your canvas, see my tag above for an example

Step 7-

Highlight Raster 2 (the Frame layer)
Open StD_AutumnSale_EL_47
Edit/Copy/Close original
Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer
Image/Resize/75%/Resize All Layers UNchecked
Effects/3d Effects/Drop Sahdow/ Same settings as in Step 4
With The Move Tool, position StD_AutumnSale_EL_47 to the
right side of your canvas

Step 8-

Highlight Raster 2- The Frame Layer
With the Magic Wand, see settings below-

Add/RGB Value/Tolerance-0, Contiguous, Feather-0

Step 9-

With The Magic Wand click inside the frame
Floofill with your background color, see settings below-

Selections/Select None

Step 10-

Open StD_AutumnSale_EL_55
Image/Mirror-Image/Resize/25%/Resize All Layers UNchecked
With the Move Tool, position StD_AutumnSale_EL_55 to the
upper left corner of your canvas
Effects/3D Effects/Same settings as in Step 4

Step 11-

Layers/Merge/Merge All Flatten
Chane your foreground color to #d94838
Image/Add Border/5/color-#d94838, Symmetric Checked

Step12-

Change Foreground color back to #bd924b
Selections/Select All
Image/Add Border 25/color-#bd924b, Symmetric Checked
Selections/Invert
Effects/Reflections Effects/Pattern, see settings below-

(minus)-9, 15, 103,21,3,3,0,0

Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow-same settings as used in Step 4
Selections/Select None

Step 13-
Image/Resize/75%/Resize All Layers Checked
Layers/New Raster Layer
Add your copyrights and Text
Layers/Merge/Merge All Flatten
Export as a jpg to your designated folder
